The Northern Hills Community Association 

The Northern Hills Community Association (NHCA) is a volunteer-based organization with the goal to accentuate the tailored lifestyles of its residents. 

Through dedication from the volunteers of Harvest Hills and its four sister communities, residents enjoy a variety of community amenities and resources including a community garden, ice rink, murals, an all-ages playground with picnic areas, arts and crafts, programs for families and seniors, sports, and so much more. 

Membership in the NHCA is not mandatory, is inexpensive, and provides access to exclusive benefits and discounts at a multitude of local businesses. 

The NCHA exists not to create and enforce strict rules, but instead to encourage a united front amidst the five connected communities to enhance the environment and quality of life of residents.

According to the City of Calgary’s community profiles, Harvest Hills was established in 1990. The Northern Hills community collectively is home to approximately 60,000 residents, about 7,500 of which call the Harvest Hills division their home.
